My mind holds only what I think with God./ I thank my father for his gifts to me. Let me remember I am one with God.
Polarity means different things to different peeps. When I think of polarity, I think of dualistic thinking. Conservative vs. Liberal. Communism vs Democracy. Hate vs. Love.
But there is a nuance in polarity I sometimes miss with this adage. Polarity of experience.

When I live in the future. Or the past. I am looking at a world divided. Between the things I hope or fear might occur and those I feel I’ve already experienced. This can be just as divisive as our actions or political parties.
When we choose to look at life outside of the moment. Our lives become fractured. Sad broken pieces of what can only be whole.
Lesson 142 encourages us to choose differently. We can choose to live fully in our moments. We can repair any brokenness by seeing the gift of one-ness that is all there truly is.
It lives in our present moments.
And this one-ness reunites a world on fire for a spirit of goodness and mercy that will ignite the world.
