Forgiveness is my function as the light of the world. [W-p1.62.3.1]
We have established that I am a crazy cat lady, correct? (cat aficionado extraordinaire if you please).
I like to observe my little Zen masters in action. They inform me a lot about my life and what I’ve brought into my existence. (FYI this can work for relationships not of the 4-legged variety as well). What I see is often a reflection of my perceptions. Of the limited data I've chosen to process into awareness.
And, as such, what we are feeling or understanding about the moment, is extremely telling.
Take my cat-children, for example. The new cat likes to run up to the older cat. He gets right in his face. Then stops. Inches from the older cat’s nose. We are constantly terrified there will be a scuffle.
But there never is.
For a long time, I couldn’t figure out why this particular moment was on replay for me. Why the fear of attack was so prevalent in my mind. And in my existence. Even more telling, why it kept showing up over and over again, like a Justin Bieber tune.
And then it struck me. It was all an illusion.
Just like my fears. It never came to fruition. But the threat of the attack was always there. And it was stealing away my moments of joy like a bandit. I attacked me with my fears. Thus creating the illusion.
Lesson 62 says that what we see in the world and our illusions are one. That fears we hold onto are not only reflected in those around us. But also within ourselves.
And each time I focus on attacking myself. Each time I attack my thoughts about myself. Well, I ask the Universe to cut me up a deep dish of more of the same.
The silver lining is that these thoughts are not real. Nothing tangible. And just like my younger cat running up to the older. It is just false evidence of a potential, rather than actual reality.
The truth is our fearful thoughts are simply asking for acknowledgement. Presenting for release. And when we do, we make ample space for Divine strength to show up as truth.
What am I saying? Forgive the thoughts friends. When you attack yourself. When you feel less than. When you tell yourself that you are not good enough. Capable enough. Or strong enough remember-You are Divine presence in action. Let go of attack. Self or external judgement. Joy is the Divine plan. The invulnerable essence of you that can never be attacked.
It will transform not only you. But the ones you love. Today-reveal the light of the World you already are in truth.
Shine on in truth LightWorkers.
Namaste.
