God is the Light in which I see. [W-p1.44.4.1]
As I was on a walk this morning, I was pondering the tulips.
It is winter here in the Midwest and snow is always on the horizon.
But this morning happened to smell like Spring for some reason. And it made me think of the tulips.
Of the miraculous lives they live. Once planted they seed and reseed themselves. They poke their brave heads out of the snowy ashes of Winter. Triumphant in their victorious dance towards the light.
They are truly phenomenal.
Lesson 44 reminds me that the Light within us is just as miraculous as the tulips. Just as beautiful. Just as courageous.
It shines on everything in this world when we remember to smile. Laugh. Even simply breathing mindfully can do it. And it continuously lives on. Like that tulip bulb. Within the soil of our consciousness. Just waiting to burst forth in miraculous glory. Revealing the beautiful light within.
This light within is you, my dear friends. It is the pure vision of compassion you gift your companions with. It is the deep amber of the sunset reflected in your grateful eyes. It is the miracle that is your laughter. And it is the deep, abiding friendships you cultivate within your community.
Today I am so grateful for the Light in which you see, sweet souls. It is the Light that eclipses all fears and meaningless thoughts, radiating in limitless alchemy.
Thank you for your Light. Thank you for the transformation you are enacting on this earth.
Thank you. For being you.
Namaste Sweet Light Workers. Shine on!
